Ra attends ETF and AoC governance training and events and have been an AoC mentor for clerks for the past 14 years.


As a member of both the London and Eastern Region Governance Professionals' networks Ra is fortunate enough to share best practice with Governance Professional colleagues and to keep up-to-date with the never ending changes in FE.

 Ra was lucky enough to attend the ETF diversity in leadership programme for organisational culture change for EDI. This supported a long held interest in how to really make diversity work in, and for Boards. How to go beyond visual diversity to harness opportunity and what makes real impact for the students.
